This is often the next step after completing the In-Flight Business Assessment!
During an Active phase of a project, we’ll work closely together on part of the road map that we created during your In-Flight Assessment. We’ll build out phases and get to work, assessing our progress monthly and moving from phase to phase as needed
Sometimes there can be 3 Active months in a row, sometimes 1 Active month followed by 1 Maintenance month, so on and so forth. There’s no right or wrong way, only what you decide what works for you
